These units approximately 460 SF were basement level.  The obvious challenges were lack of natural light and space.  We introduced a hip urban element to the space to house the bathroom, laundry and mechanical units.  The result were shipping containers we re created utilizing recycled metal panels, metal rods, and text lettering we had printed to apply to containers.
