I co-managed a $1 million renovation of a 19th century farmhouse in Sagaponack, NY. I provided design ideas and construction drawings, as well as on-site project management. I adhered to the client's requirements for a spacious layout maintaining uninterrupted sightlines to the outdoors, while accommodating their entertaining lifestyle. Amenities included a 50 foot lap pool, the extension of a wraparound porch, a new full-height basement, 2 rebuilt fireplaces, a structurally redesigned vaulted 3rd floor, and a new continuous winding staircase from basement to 3rd floor.
