The Kensington Roof Gardens project is two story private members club atop the six story historic Derry and Tom's department store in the West London Neighborhood of Kensington. Maintaining itself as largest roof garden in Europe, this project embraces its historic value and maintains the gardens' design and the original fabric of the initial pavilion, while bringing the member's experience to a contemporary state. The scope includes the demolition and rebuild of the after-1970s renovated space, a refurbishment of the existing gardens, and select ancillary structures across the roof top enhancing and expanding the club's functions.
