This 1951 cape had one previous owner and was badly in need of electrical, plumbing, structural and cosmetic updates. I did all of the construction documents, permit filing, wallpaper removal, wall finishes, tile work, wall framing,  and painting. I hired out the electrical, plumbing, and wood floor refinishing. A top floor attic space was converted to a master bedroom with a full bath. I learned so much on this project. It was an awesome experience.
