The Vision on Fifteenth is a nine-story, mixed-use building, consisting of 215,000 SF of commercial office space, 5,000 SF of
street level retail and approximately 20,000 SF of street level
research and development space. The development will also
contain a 390 multi-modal transportation facility, featuring: 384
parking spaces, 110 bike storage spaces and a bike/electric
scooter sharing program. This development is the second phase of
District Fifteen.
