Project description

This is a 2-storey Residential house with lower ground floor and swimming pool located on the mountainous part of Cebu, Philippines.

The client saw our presentation images online and ended up liking our over-all design principles. Therefore we were commissioned to design his dream house. His lot was on a mountain but with a lesser steep slope. I was assigned to do the over-all architectural aspects of the building together with the preliminary engineering drawings such as structural, electrical, plumbing and mechanical. All the 2D plans were drawn using Autocad and exported to Revit for modeling. After doing the design, I also did the presentation for the visualization for the client. Using Vray for Sketchup, I rendered the base image in preparation for post-processing in Photoshop. The Client was pleased with our design and so the construction proceeded and is completed as of 2019.
