Johnny Chiu the founding partner who graduated from Columbia University,he lived, worked, taught in more than 6 countries has the great belief that a good design must be inspired from the surrounding environment, it can define who one is, how one should live/play/rest. Nora Wang; the other founding partner, whom specializes in interior and jewelry design coming from GIA, New York. With the combination of great minds between architecture,interior and the always fun and passionate staff at JCA, they push and break the boundaries between the 2  disciplines, creating a new sense of identity and character for the world to inhabit in.

柏成設計由兩位旅外歸國的建築師與室內設計師成立於2009年台灣台北，是一個承襲校園studio think tank的設計事務所，集結了對世界與生活充滿幻想，熱情及幽默感的同伴，期待將設計的概念帶入我們生活的每一個角落，業務涵蓋集合住宅、別墅、飯店、公共建築、室內設計、工業及珠寶設計等。柏成設計致力於國際化的思考，跨領域的結合及由設計到工程的總體規劃。
