New China town location adding three new floors to the Washington DC market. I was the interior design lead developing the internal communicating stair case shown to connect all three lounge floors staggered between each level. Concepts shown were developed to connect the member path of travel and lounge centers. It creates a stacked color block concept, lifting members vertically through the occupied floors and adding a sculptural element to the space.
