MONTALBA ARCHITECTS

We are currently seeking an individual with 1-4 years of full-time experience working in an architectural office to join our team in Los Angeles or New York as a Designer - assisting in projects from conceptual design through construction document phases.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO APPLY?

• What are the qualities that you find attribute to the success of a project and team?

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a B. Arch or M. Arch, followed by 1-4 years experience in an architectural office. 

• Has strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.

• Can confidently develop detailed, complex, and organized 3D models.

• Is skilled in producing renderings for both internal use and client presentations.

• Has experience organizing thoughtful presentations for concept/schematic design packages.

• Experience producing drawing sets for DD & CD phases.

• Experience with physical model making and Enscape rendering is a plus.
