We are currently seeking an individual with 8+ years of full-time experience working in an architectural office to join our team in Los Angeles or New York as an Architect II / Project Manager.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO APPLY?

  • What are the qualities that you find attribute to the success of a project and team?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a B. Arch or M. Arch degree, followed by 8+ years experience with project management and construction administration in an architectural office.

  • Has experience managing project schedules and deliverables, with the capacity to adapt and pivot to changes and project needs.

  • Is familiar with building and zoning codes, as well as obtaining agency approvals in the United States.

  • Demonstrates excellent communication and professionalism with clients, consultants, contractors, and the internal project team - along with an ability to lead in a positive and collaborative manner.

  • Is proficient and capable of crafting high-level organized drawing sets, including the resolution of sophisticated custom detailing, and the coordination of consultants & building systems.

  • Has experience organizing thoughtful presentations for concept/schematic design packages.

  • Has strong skills in AutoCAD (and/or Revit) and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Experience using SketchUp to develop detailed, complex, and organized 3D models is a plus.

What we need from you:

  • Include excerpts of construction documents that you have worked on, elaborate on your role in the project team and your experience with project delivery & documentation.

  • Include excerpts of construction administration documentation that illustrate effective communication and organization.
