We are currently seeking an individual with 5+ years of full-time experience working in an architectural office to join our team in Los Angeles or New York as an Architect I / Job Captain.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO APPLY?

• What are the qualities that you find attribute to the success of a project and team?

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a B. Arch or M. Arch degree, followed by 5+ years experience with a focus on project delivery in an architectural office.

• Is proficient and capable of crafting high-level organized drawing sets for DD & CD phases, including the resolution of sophisticated custom detailing, and the coordination of consultants & building systems.

• Demonstrates a thoughtful design process with an understanding and ability to work towards design-forward solutions.

• Has strong skills in AutoCAD (and/or Revit) and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience using SketchUp to develop detailed, complex, and organized 3D models is a plus.

• Experience with Enscape is a plus.

What we need from you:
