Urbahn Architects is seeking a talented and energetic Office BIM Manager to support project teams officewide in the use of advanced digital tools for design, visualization, technical drawing, and construction document production. Reporting to select Principals and Associates, the Office BIM Manager will provide technical support directly to project team members.
On a company-wide basis, the Office BIM Manager will provide feedback on general and project-specific requirements for standards, training, software and hardware. Specifically, this person will: refine, develop and enforce standards; collaboratively research, explore and develop opportunities for new design technologies; and assess skill levels and capabilities of staff, providing internal training or organizing outside training as appropriate. The person will also support workflows in a range of design technologies including visualization/ VR, computation and analysis, and data integration.
On a project-by-project basis, the Office BIM Manager will assist with all active BIM projects throughout their phases. In particular, this person will contribute to specific project set-ups and discussions; monitor the performance and quality of BIM models to ensure conformance with both project-specific requirements and Urbahn’s standards; guide project teams in BIM coordination and clash detection; and help project teams in modeling strategies and problem solving.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range of $95,000 to $120,000 based on experience, accomplishment and licensing status.
