We are seeking an ambitious Lead Project Manager to head up the project management department for our firm.

Bull Stockwell Allen is an award-winning architecture firm specializing in resort, hospitality, and recreation projects in extraordinary locations throughout the United States.

We are looking for a Lead Project Manager to oversee and staff the incoming projects for the firm. This individual will work as the bridge between the project architects/ managers and the administrative teams to make sure the firm’s staffing and profitability goals are met.

Primary Duties Include:

  • Overseeing and developing the project management processes in our offices for our architects.
  • Lead frequent project meetings to provide regular status updates and project needs
  • Ensure that all projects are meeting budget, staffing, scheduling, and deliverable requirements for the firm as a whole.
  • Building relationships both with external clients and with our internal staff.
  • Mentor and set a positive example of project management practices for the rest of the staff.


  • 8-10+ years of applicable experience within the architecture profession
  • Strong documentation and project management skills for architecture.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills with team members, consultants, and clients.
  • Experience with billing systems and/or project management software used in the architecture profession.


  • Experience with Deltek Vantage Point a plus
  • Licensure as an Architect in the United States
