Education: College Level and Beyond

Experience 7-10 Years in New York City Commercial Construction

Computer Skills: Very Strong Excel skills, Procore, Word, Power Point, Bluebeam / PDF Writer

Job responsibilities:

  • Bidding & Awarding:
  • Create and issue RFP packages, collect proposals from bidders
  • Analyze proposals, review scope with bidders
  • Work with senior team members to make bid recommendations to client
  • Pro-active oversight and daily hands-on management of multiple trades
  • Review of submittals for compliance with specifications
  • Work closely with trades on and off site to assure compliance with approved submittals and design intent
  • Maintain schedules and monitor progress for several trades
  • Oversight of subcontractor Quality Assurance & Quality Control
  • Collection and review of monthly subcontractor billings
  • Work with accounting team to maintain updated cost information
  • Construction progress reporting to client during weekly project meetings.
  • Collaborate productively with all construction team members to work towards the best possible outcome for the project.
  • Collaborate and problem solve with design team during construction.
  • Be willing to take on new challenges, develop professionally, and grow with the company.
