BATLIBOI STUDIO is growing the team and looking for an Intermediate Designer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work through all phases from concept through construction
• Prepare design presentations
• Prepare DOB and Landmark filings
• Assist with CA, including bidding and site visits

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-4 years experience
• Professional degree (B.Arch./M.Arch)
• Experience in all phases of design and construction
• Experience with NYC code, zoning, DOB and Landmarks submissions
• Experience in CA, especially residential renovations
• Creative, organized, clear communicator

Position is hybrid, with flexibility between remote and office in Brooklyn.
