Namdar Group is seeking an Architectural Intern for our New York office this summer. The firm is seeking a responsible, self-motivated intern with a strong design sensibility. The internship will provide candidates with a wide range of exposure to the development of mixed-use projects at different phases of design and construction.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelors or Masters degree program in the field of Architecture or Interior Design
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Rhino and Enscape or other 3D rendering software. Knowledge of Revit and Bluebeam is a plus.
• Understanding of mixed-use building programming, development planning and documentation
• Strong design and graphic skills
• Highly motivated and organized

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Design Manager and Development Team in providing design support for all new and ongoing projects
• Prepare sketches, 3D models, renderings and concept presentations
• Assist with the production of drawing sets from concept through to construction documentation
