Designer / Senior Designer

ICRAVE, an award-winning strategy, interior and experience design firm, is looking for a talented, passionate and highly creative Architect and/or Interior Designer to join our team.

Candidates should have a degree from an accredited Masters or Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Architecture program and should have a minimum of (3) years of design experience. Ability to express innovation and rigor around ideas is a must. Experience in the hospitality design industry is a plus. The ideal candidate should be creative, should have the desire to take initiative, and should have the ability to multi-task between different projects.  You will be required to express your ideas both visually and verbally.

As an ICRAVE Architect or Interior Designer, you will:

• Collaborate with your team to create and develop projects through all design phases
• Create, produce and manage detailed design drawings using Revit or AutoCad
• Craft elaborate client presentations using InDesign
• Communicate and drive conceptual thinking on your projects
• Produce 3D models, sketches and boards to support your ideas
• Select, specify and design FF&E as well as architectural finishes
• Participate in client meetings and presentations
• Have the opportunity to lead projects of various sizes based on experience and demonstrated growth within the studio
• Be expected to apply creativity, rigor and passion to your work
• Be expected to bring new ideas daily
• Be expected to be an active participant and a positive influence on the creative culture of the studio

To apply for this position, you must:

• Have at least (3) years of post-graduate architectural or interior design experience
• Hold a degree from an accredited Architecture or Interior Design program
• Have experience producing drawing sets in Revit or AutoCad
• Be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite programs
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Possess the ability to model in 3D Max, Rhino, Sketchup or Revit

Experience with Revit or BIM management and the hospitality design industry are a plus.
