We are looking for a talented and motivated Job Captain/Mid-Level Designer to join us. We are a diverse team based in the Arts District in Los Angeles.  Our studio has completed work across residential, commercial, hospitality and institutional sectors creating a portfolio that’s been recognized with numerous design awards, including the 2021 AIA LA Presidential Honoree for Emerging Practice.  We have an excellent benefits package, offer competitive salaries and have flexible work days.

Required qualities, skills and qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 3-7 years of experience
• Experience in completing every phase of residential, commercial or hospitality projects
• Ability to self-manage projects through all phases of design, documentation and construction
• Consultant coordination, product research and detail development
• Zoning/Building code knowledge and permitting experience
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Sketch-Up and Revit and AutoCAD experience from early project development through construction documents
• A team player with an ability to oversee the work of junior staff and interested in contributing to studio activities/initiatives
