An actively growing firm, with several new projects on the boards, we are currently looking for an Architectural Designer with both design and production skills to support our goals of a positive design and community impact through various mixed-use, commercial and multi-family projects.

This is a full time position: salary commensurate with experience.

EXPERIENCE
2-5 years of professional architectural experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Professional undergraduate degree in Architecture, Graduate degree preferred
IDP registration preferred
LEED AP preferred
Competent knowledge of REVIT and AutoCAD
Proficiency with 3D programs such as Rhino, 3d Studio Max
Proficiency with 2D presentation software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, Powerpoint, MS Office and Excel
Unrestricted right to work in the United States
DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS
Strong design skills
Ability to work as part of a team of multiple projects as needed
Able to contribute to all phases of a project, from analysis and programming through design and construction administration
Ability to contribute to the development of design concepts
Support project team coordination for plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction
Self-directed work ethic, independent thinker and problem solver
Highly organized
