Haute Architecture has a great opportunity for a talented professional to join our team as an Intermediate Designer.
Located in the heart of Manhattan, we specialize in highly customized residential architecture, ranging from gut renovations to new constructions. For selective projects, we also provide interior design and custom furniture design. We maintain an open, collaborative studio environment which emphasizes creativity, teamwork and close communication with the principals. Growing our practice, we seek a highly motivated individual to join us in a full-time position as an intermediate architect.
Experience:
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of work experience in all phases of a project from conceptual design to construction administration for new construction. The ability to communicate and coordinate (verbally and digitally) within the team and with consultants is important. Extensive experience in construction document preparation and construction administration is preferred.
Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Rhino, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
U.S. Drivers' license
Architectural registration is a plus
3D capabilities are required
LEED AP is a plus
Education:
Minimum Bachelors of Architecture or Masters of Architecture from an accredited program
