COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Impact Housing is a Southern California-based company that is designing and building multifamily and mixed-use attainable housing. The company is employing innovative off-site modular design to address today’s housing crisis with an integrated design, development, manufacturing, and construction process.

 

POSITION SUMMARY

Impact Housing's architecture firm, iDnA, is seeking creative and tech-savvy architectural designers, from entry-level to those with up to three years of experience. Architects at iDnA work on projects from concept design through construction phase services. iDnA designers execute both the onsite- and offsite-architectural design, production design and construction components of multi-family, mixed-use modular projects.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

 

Years of Experience:

  • 0 to 3 years of experience including use of Revit or qual as well as other software utilized for architectural design and the implementation of projects.

·       Education:

·        first professional degree or equal

·        

Certification(s):

·       Interest in working towards licensure preferred

Key Skills:

·       Experience with Revit or equal

·       Design, visualization, and technical competence as evidenced by the quality of work on previous projects

·       Interest to achieve competence in building and planning codes, code research, and use of codes

·       Capacity to multi-task on all aspects of a project

·       Self-organizer and self-manager of work, tasks, and schedule

·       Clear communicator of design concepts, task status, and milestones in both written and visual formats

Project and Responsibilities:

·       Ability to collaborate to meet design goals and objectives.

Work Authorization

·       All prospective Impact Housing and iDnA employees need to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.
