We are looking for a development and production assistant to join our team.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with experience in working with a team of creative and merchandising professionals. The candidate must be detail oriented with 2-3 years’ experience in home accessory, furniture & lighting product development and manufacturing. AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Microsoft office experience is required. Proficient knowledge of POS experience is not required but a plus.  


  • Responsible for supporting Design team in cross department communication and tracking of master resourcing and development timeline, new product, and product line expansion
  • Support day to day maintenance of updates to private label product collateral on web and in store including but not limited to web pages, tear sheets, sales tools.
  • Support Design team with back end infrastructural, system maintenance and improvements across private label products including but not limited to master product spreadsheets, floor model tracking, point of sale, and private label costing files
  • Support Design team with manufacturer follow up and research for new manufacturer partners for product resourcing projects
  • In store floor model ordering and management
  • Maintain in store sales tool inventory, quality control and replenishment
  • Assist with product quality control
  • Support design team with custom furniture and lighting drawings
  • Support design team in new product set up and launch across all channels in conjunction with Marketing and Editorial team
  • Field technical Customer questions from Fulfillment & Sales Team
  • Support Fulfillment manager in fulfillment of Made to Order Furniture and Lighting including but not limited to:
  • Data entry into Shopify order timelines and tracking spreadsheets
  • Invoice auditing and liaising with accounting for timely payments
  • Track progress of components for Purchase Orders – includes CFA/Shop Drawing approvals between sales team and suppliers, COM/COL deliveries by way of direct communication with vendors, manufacturers, and sales team.
  • Track order to final delivery to customer and update Shopify timeline and Special-Order tracker
  • Manage Customer Care issues from action through final resolution in partnership with manufacturers, logistics and sales team. Track in master spreadsheet
