A growing and award-winning firm based in Los Angeles, our diverse projects range from institutional and commercial commissions to residential and industrial design.  Our exceptional clients include: Phillips auction house, Redcar Properties, Commonwealth and Council, and Fuller Theological Seminary. 

 POSITION:

Formation Association is currently interviewing for a Junior - Intermediate Architectural Designer in Los Angeles with 2 - 6 years of experience qualified to operate within a fast-paced remote work environment.  Our ideal candidate will participate in the design and execution of multiple projects creatively and technically in all phases, from conceptualization to construction administration.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional Architecture Degree Completed, BA/MA

• Demonstrates ability to collaborate in teams through all project phases

• Extensive professional Revit experience a must

• Command of Enscape, Rhino, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suites

• Experience in residential, commercial, and institutional projects a super plus

• Background in fine arts a super duper plus

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the USA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interpolate new ideas within range of Formation Association's work.

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary consultants.

• Maintain firm-wide operational workflows and systems.

• Able to produce commentary and analysis on contemporary art and architecture.
