1. Primary team member responsible for the assessment and file management of all incoming and outgoing documents

2. Basic understanding of test fits/pre-design studies for multi-family projects in City of LA

3. Good design abilities that meet the firm's approach and mission in design
4. Ability to create a program as well as translate into a sensible concept design
5. Responsible for the cartooning and creation of documents sets (under supervision of the project architect)
6. Responsible for the accuracy of the design and documents. Checking accuracy of cross references
7. Responsible to ensure implementation of all client expectations and code requirements with project architect/manager guidance
8. Assist project architect/manager in determining what is required for project delivery/submittals and determining how to deliver them on time exceeding expectations
9. Responsible to maintain the accuracy of project data through document revisions
10. Ability to carry design intent through documentation considering constructability and detailing making sure the design intent is maintained with rigor
11. Responsible for ensuring documentaion meets design intent, office standards, providing the ideal information to ensure proper execution by the GC
12. Responsible to point out any issues or questionable items to the team
13. Work with the project architect/manager to conduct design team meetings (consultant coordination)
14. Ability to assist in producing meeting minutes that maintain the office's standard of professionalism
15. Responsible for consultant coordination under the direction of the project architect
16. Ability to follow and integrate office standards and protocols
17. Assist with material selection, produce research, pricing and in incorporation into the documents
18. Ability to assist the project architect/manager in agency interaction and approvals.  Some knowledge of local approval process

1. 3-6 years minimum experience
2. Architectural graduate or undergraduate
3. Admirable design skills required
4. Proficient in Revit and knowledge of Adobe Suite
5. Ability to design and create concepts by hand and electronically
6. Good verbal, written, and organizational and coordination skills
7. Some knowledge of building products, details, and quality standards
8. Must be well organized
9. Must have working knowledge of construction documents
10. Should have basic understanding of building codes as it relates to Multi-Family projects
11. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others
12. Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
