CKMS is Seeking a candidate with 3+ years experience in all aspects of construction project management. Experience in coordinating and supervising the trades is a must. Ability to problem-solve and strong communication skills are required.

Project Management Requirements 

  • Advanced knowledge of construction processes and construction administration including supervising all trades
  • Familiar with site safety protocols is required
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
  • Perform regular site visits to ensure design intent is accurately reflected
  • Understand project financial management and contract administration, including project coordination, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Define, monitor and maintain control of the scope of work and services for the project including project schedule and work plan
  • Ability to forecast and organize project design development and production delivery
  • Establish, maintain, and document regular project-related meetings including client, internal team, and consultant meetings
  • Ensure the orderly and complete preparation, distribution, and retention of all project written records
  • Consider risk management by monitoring client issues and technical issues in a timely manner to minimize liability
