We are seeking Project Managers with 8-10+ years of relevant professional experience on large scale mixed-use commercial and residential development projects AND/OR institutional projects with a strong understanding of the complexity of such projects. Must demonstrate experience working on notable projects. Henning Larsen is an internationally renowned architectural firm with strong Scandinavian roots characterized by entrepreneurship, creativity and a global mindset. We opened our New York office in September 2018 and are looking for new, well-organized, col-leagues who are interested in joining us as we grow.  

What will be your responsibilities? 

• Driven to optimize project design, coordination, and financial performance 

• Optimistic and collaborative when engaging with client, project stakeholders, and team members, while defending the con-tract 

• Work with senior team members and office leadership to develop designs and detailed documentation 

• Confident self-starter approach 

• Coordinate with consultants and lead coordination sessions as required 

• Manage time and workload to meet project and task deadlines 

• Open to learning new information while also sharing knowledge with less experienced staff 

What are we looking for? 

• Minimum 8-10+ years of post-graduate professional experience from Concept Design through Construction 

• Experience with private and/or public clients 

• Highly developed skills in client and consultant communications 

• Demonstrable leadership skills 

• Practical understanding of materials, specifications, construction processes, systems, and methodologies in the US market 

• An architectural license (strongly preferred); LEED accreditation (preferred) 

• Revit proficiency (preferred), practical knowledge of AutoCAD (required), Rhino (preferred) 

• Organized professional who is comfortable working in a grow-ing office 

• MArch degree from a NAAB accredited school 

• Must be eligible to work in the US permanently without sponsorship

• Fluent in English
