Studio G is a collaborative, growing, and diverse architecture studio designing socially and environmentally innovative buildings. We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Project Architect/Project Manager with 8 – 10 years experience designing and managing housing projects. You will work closely with the Principal-In-Charge and Associate who heads our Housing Studio to lead design and manage sustainable housing projects. Our housing team offers excellent design and production skills.

Minimum requirements: B.Arch or M.Arch; MA architecture license; proficiency in Revit; excellent design, communication, and project planning skills; demonstrated experience with programming, design, consultant coordination, construction document production, and construction administration; ability to manage project budgets and team workflow, and collaborate with Principals; strong organizational skills.
Highly Desirable: Experience with urban multi-family housing; sustainable design expertise and commitment to AIA 2030.
Desirable: LEED AP, PHIUS, WELL certification, or other sustainable certification; Boston or Cambridge permitting.
