Project Manager/Designer or Architect
About the Position:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Project Manager/Designer or Project Architect to join our dynamic team in our Boston office. We are looking for a creative professional with 5-7 years of experience in architectural practice, who is adept at designing and producing construction documentation for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Firm’s Principals, Senior Project Managers, and project teams on a diverse range of projects.
- Engage with private, non-profit, and municipal clients, as well as community members, and deliver public presentations.
- Coordinate with professional consultants and manage document sets/models in Revit to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of construction detailing, including building assemblies and components, and a thorough understanding of drawing sets and specifications.
- Conduct a detailed review of drawings and specifications at the end of Design Development phase and Construction Documentation Phase.

Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch)
- 5-7 years of professional technical experience with all architectural design phases and construction administration phase processes.
- Experience with construction documentation and construction administration phase.
- Proficiency & experience with at least 2 years of Revit, model management, technical detailing and documentation including coordination with multiple consultants in all phases of a project’s development.
- Proficiency with Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented team player.
- Excellent design communication skills, graphic layout presentation skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills, and ability to translate design concepts from inspiration to realization.
- Willingness to lead or engage in design research, feasibility studies, community outreach, including the various aspects of all design phases including new urban design, multi-family residential, educational, and commercial projects.
- Licensure or on the path to licensure preferred.
