Located in the heart of Chelsea, this forward-thinking Architectural firm are recognized for their local unique design approaches inspired by urban narratives and primary focus on collaborating with their clients to understand their vision and goals.

Our prolific client is seeking an Architectural Designer to work on a number of unique and large scale buildings based in Manhattan. To be considered you will need to have the following:

• 6 – 8 years equivalent experience within an Architectural or Design firm.
•  B.Arch and M.Arch in Architecture.
• Proven experience in all project lifecycle phases from concept through to CD and CA. 
• Full proficiency with Revit, Rhino, Enscape and R-ray with at least 3 years of professional use.
• Exposure to medium and large-scale projects within New York City.
• An understanding of NYC Building Code and Zoning Regulations.
• Licenced Architects preferred but not essential.
• Collaborate with project team, clients and other consultants.
