We are seeking Architectural Designers with 4-8 years of experience committed to design innovation, building craft, and environmental stewardship. Interested individuals should be self-directed, thoughtful designers with excellent conceptual design, communication, and technical skills and a curiosity to learn and grow professionally. Successful candidates will be responsible for generating and developing design ideas, managing and mentoring team members from concept design through construction administration, and maintaining relationships with clients and consultants.  

Qualifications include:

• 4-8 years post-graduate professional US architecture experience;
• Energetic, self-motivated, and organized, with strong graphic and verbal communication skills;
• Strong conceptual and design skills with the ability to collaborate with the team;
• Taking a leadership role on projects from initial concept through construction administration;
• Ability to coordinate and produce construction documents;
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and architectural building systems;
• Modeling with and managing projects in Revit;
• Digital proficiency with Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, Rhino, and SketchUp;   
• Knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Grasshopper, as well as energy and daylighting tools.
• Applicants must have a BArch or MArch. Licensed Architects with green building credentials such as LEED, PHI/PHIUS or LFA preferred.
