POSITION PROFILE

We seek a creative Landscape Architect with the ability to visualize and formulate concepts that transform dramatic natural settings in exciting and innovative ways. The Landscape Architect will work closely with the Design Director to will help to develop visual plans for Evergreen, with a focus on wellness of mind and body, community and being at one with nature. Please note that Evergreen is looking to accept candidates for this opportunity but is currently determining the recruitment timeline, and the location of this role is to be determined.

REQUIREMENTS

• Meet with and cultivate clients, engineers, designers, and architects to outline possible solutions to problems and determine their needs
• Consider environmental factors, such as draining and energy availability
• Prepare site plans and graphic representations of plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software
• Prepare cost estimates and oversee the project's budget
• The ability to articulate ideas and incorporate feedback
• A self-starter mentality and a passion for creating unique spaces
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A strong work ethic and eagerness to succeed
• Strong relationship management  and interpersonal skills
• Maturity, professionalism, and a high level of personal integrity
• An undergraduate degree in architectural or interior design is required.
