Turett’s work includes architectural design (buildings, townhouses, free-standing houses) interiors (commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality) encompassing dozens of notable projects, spanning from original construction to renovation and additions to interior modernizations of historic properties. We have infused sustainability and energy efficiency in many of our projects.
We are searching for a talented, enthusiastic Junior Project Manager. Our ideal candidate would be hungry for responsibility, interested in learning, someone who works well on their own, and in small teams. We are looking for an employee who can handle project management and someone who can bring new ideas and expertise to our projects and enhance our closely collaborative teams with a positive, industrious attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Strong proficiency in Revit
Proficient in AutoCAD
Provide excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Photoshop, particularly for renderings, in addition to InDesign, Sketch-Up, and Microsoft Office Suite
4 to 5 years of professional working experience. Experience in NYC preferred
Experience in high-end residential design
Experience with creating all project documentation, including Design Development and Construction sets
Strong knowledge of sustainability and environmentally friendly products and techniques
Basic knowledge of current building codes, including ADA requirements
Must be a US green card holder or US citizen and currently living in or in commuting distance of NYC
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
Produce work in all phases of project management
Working and coordinating with consultants
Review shop drawings
Coordinate with specification writer
Exterior and interior detailing
