Bull Stockwell Allen is looking for a Job Captain with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our architectural team in San Francisco. You will work as part of a collaborative team on the design and planning of four-season hospitality, resort and recreation projects throughout North America.

The ideal candidate will have strong design and documentation skills, be self-motivated, highly organized, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.  You will bring the ability to contribute to a project’s success through the various stages of programming, planning, and construction to ensure quality delivery of our brand’s vision. This position will include internal and external client/consultant coordination and believe to provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The ability to use a variety of design and production tools to prepare and develop documents ranging from conceptual design through construction documents
• Demonstrate proficiency in Revit,
• An ability to work with others through strong communication and outreach skills
  The talent to independently problem solve and develop creative and complete approaches to assigned tasks
• A willingness to coordinate documents with the team’s outside consultants.

QUALIFICATIONS + REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 2-5 years of work experience post-degree
• Experience in resort residential, multi-family housing, and/or hospitality projects a plus
• A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in architecture
• Exceptional design and production skills, including Revit
• Proven interpersonal skills with team members, consultants, and clients
