Walter B. Melvin Architects seeks applicants for a Project Manager position.  Qualified candidates should have a background in architecture or historic preservation, be proficient in AutoCAD and hand sketching, have experience doing field work, and be looking to expand their technical knowledge.  Candidates should also have knowledge of exterior material conditions, experience writing historic building assessments, and ability to detail and specify associated repairs.  Previous management experience supervising and delegating to a small team and scaffolding certifications a plus.  Friendly and educational office environment.  Pay commensurate with experience.
