The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project by managing the project team's day-to- day tasks while communicating with the client and working closely with the Partners on the project. The individual will also be responsible for the deployment of internal resources to execute the project to the highest standards and on schedule. The candidate must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and must possess the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals inside and outside of the organization. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with strong project management capabilities and excellent client interface skills. Considered candidates should have direct experience in the creative industry (architecture firms, real estate developers and agencies, graphic design firms, fashion industry, photography, or music industries).


  • Works with the Partner and the clients to identify objectives, scope of work and formulate options. Conceptualizes the entire project and establishes key work priorities for the development of design, scheduling and budgeting.

  • Develop and maintain project specific schedules and program specific master schedules

  • Work directly with the design team to meet scheduled deliverables and ensure proper resource assignment

  • Interfacing with clients and relaying client feedback to various departments and teams working on specific project

  • Clearly communicating status to all parties involved (The Partners, clients, team and etc)

  • Overseeing flow of the project to ensure all necessary actions are being processed and completed to meet deadlines and deliverables

  • Ability to manage multiple projects (5-8) effectively and efficiently

  • Obtaining client approval for additional costs

  • Coordinating with all third party production/delivery pertaining to all active projects

  • Accurately aggregating data and information for billing/invoicing clients on monthly basis

  • Anticipating and mitigating any liabilities that may result in a project

  • Planning to support the Partners in leading and executing various parts of the project

  • Resourcefully problem solving complex issues pertaining the projects


  • Minimum of 2-5 years of  prior work experience in the architecture, construction, and/or real estate industry

  • Proven leadership and communication skills

  • Incredibly sharp attention to detail and expert ability to manage multiple stakeholder teams through fast-paced design and construction processes

  • Scrupulous budgeting, projections, controlling, and expense tracking skills

  • Strong project management skills, production knowledge and a sense of ownership and responsibility for all of the products that are produced by the department

  • Professional, ethical, and committed to excellence in communications with the ability to influence outcomes.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

  • Excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills.

  • Strong drive and high energy that is action and results oriented.
