Rafael Vinoly Architects, located in New York City, is looking for an intelligent and motivated employee to assist a principal in preparing fee proposals, staffing projections, trend analysis, and graphic materials.

No prior architectural experience or office experience is required, but candidate must possess an interest in design and business practices and have:

Enthusiasm and passion for data, numbers, and graphic design

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Excel and InDesign

Capacity to process and efficiently work on concurrent, diverse tasks

Ability to synthesize multiple flows of information into a logical, succinct presentation

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Fee benchmarking, development, and analysis
  • Maintaining and improving office templates
  • Preparing presentations that respond to specific client requirements
