Architecture firm in Hudson Square seeks to hire a full-time office manager.

Responsible for:

- Managing office operations including reception, updating office calendar, ordering office and pantry supplies, answering phones, coordinating maintenance and servicing of equipment, managing records and files, etc. 

- Working directly with the bookkeeper to help track and manage all office expenses and client billing

- On-boarding new employees - Interfacing with PEO for employee payroll, healthcare, insurance and HR support

- Interfacing with IT support

- Hours are 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

A well-suited candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position (preferably in a design firm though not a requirement), be a skillful communicator, punctual, organized, work well individually and with a team and have the ability to manage multiple projects with both long- and short-term deadlines. The office manager should be cordial, discreet, articulate and professional. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and Word) as well as Quickbooks; familiarity with InDesign is helpful but not required.
