Innovative NYC design firm is looking for an Architect with 5-10 years of experience in Construction Administration. 

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate CA tasks across several projects, providing management of internal staff working on construction administration.
  • Coordinate with design team and review construction documentation/specifications
  • Review submittals and shop drawings.
  • Conduct site inspections, resolving issues on site and issuing field reports.
  • Manage change order requests, providing recommendation for client.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 5-10 years' professional experience, min. 5 years in CA role.
  • Architectural registration and LEED accreditation is preferred
  • Previous experience in commercial/residential projects is highly advantageous. 
  • Strong design and technical skills
  • Technical knowledge and experience in CD production
  • Project experience using AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu and understanding of Revit and Newforma.
