 The Marketing Coordinator will work on a wide variety of projects and develop a broad base of skills, and should be able to bring their own thoughts and ideas to the table. Their teammates will be strategists and designers from a variety of professional backgrounds. Someone who is savvy across a broad range of media and is excited to tackle new challenges regularly would be a great fit.


  • Submitting award applications 
  • Maintaining the A+I library of project images
  • Maintaining A+I’s online portfolio
  • Managing social media accounts
  • Preparing of interview / pitch material
  • Developing presentation plans, sections, diagrams, etc.
  • Preparing of RFP & RFQ responses
  • Coordinating the photographing of completed project photographs
  • Developing of newsletter / blog content
  • Preparing project press releases and content for media inquiries
  • Assisting in design competition entries



  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a design firm—architecture, interiors, graphic design, or branding, preferably with a degree in architecture
  • Ability to think critically about good design and communicate clearly in visual, verbal, and written form
  • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
  • Working knowledge of Sketchup and Autocadd
  • Ability to demonstrate clarity in both graphic (portfolio) and writing styles
  • Excellent English language communication skills
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States, without need for employee sponsorship
