Arazoo is looking for a strategic but hands-on Director of Marketing and Digital Content who will report to the COO and work closely with our leadership, business development, and technology teams to acquire, engage, and activate audiences. Ideally the candidate has deep experience in the architecture and design community – either as a marketer, writer/editor, or product sales representative. We’re looking for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to play a lead role in writing and producing content across Arazoo’s marketing channels including the website, email, and social media, as well as developing outreach campaigns and events.


  • Work with the executive team to develop a cohesive marketing strategy to build brand awareness within our target customer market (design / construction professionals and building product manufacturers), attract and retain new users to the Arazoo platform, and build engagement with them over time. You’ll be responsible for executing the strategy, refining it as needed, and measuring its success.

  • Work with our team to develop messaging that clearly and concisely explains Arazoo to external audiences in a manner that resonates and drives brand loyalty.

  • Write and edit blog posts, articles, and updates to drive users to Arazoo and establish Arazoo as a thought leader. Coordinate all steps of the content production from ideation to collaborating with key stakeholders. Work closely with the sales team and product teams to ensure that messaging and targets are aligned.

  • Design and implement marketing emails, Google Adwords campaigns, and digital advertising efforts to drive sign-ups and engagement.

  • Develop new and innovative content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to build our brand by increasing engagement (followers, likes) with an ultimate goal to drive sign-ups, repeat visits, and ongoing engagement.

  • Stay current on digital storytelling best practices and organize digital content planning sessions with the team.

  • Manage content review and approval process with close attention to details.

  • Ensure brand, tone, and style consistency across all digital channels.

  • Identify and execute on SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.

  • Create and manage a KPI dashboard to analyze website metrics, email, and social analytics, and use those learnings to identify opportunities to optimize engagement and tune digital content campaigns over time.


  • 5-10 years experience in a combination of marketing, digital content, and/or sales

  • Experience in the A/E/C industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field preferred.

  • Excellent creative writing, editing and proofreading skills.

  • Experience with:

    • Social media management across Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

    • Email management tools like Mailchimp and SurveyMonkey

    • CMS systems, as well as basic HTML and CSS

    • Digital metrics tools and best practices for measurement of effectiveness

    • SEO and content optimization

    • CRM and marketing automation systems, such as Salesforce

    • Paid media platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn).

    • Google Docs, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

    • Adobe Design applications, including PhotoShop and Illustrator a plus

  • Proactive, resourceful, self-starter with proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Well-spoken, thoughtful, and communicative in individual and group interactions.

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently, yet work collaboratively as a team member.
