Our office has an immediate opening for an Assistant Project Manager. Job tasks include:

  • Review and interpret construction documents
  • Coordinate between various trades
  • Prepare, process, and maintain request for information (RFI)
  • Prepare, review, process, and maintain submittals and shop drawings
  • Resolve problems that arise during the course of the project
  • Prepare, review and process closeout submittals and perform periodic QA/QC construction site visits, including substantial presence at the construction site.
  • Attend routine site meetings to coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors and the design team
  • Writing meeting minutes and tracking project logs
  • Organize project files
  • Prepare change orders
  • Prepare sketches to coordinate with the architect and subcontractors
  • Perform quantity take-offs for purposes of material orders
  • Prepare, track, and organize correspondence with subcontractors including soliciting bids, preparing contracts, and coordinate project details


  • 1+ years of experience in construction administration and/or architecture design experience.
  • Bachelors in Architecture (licensed architect preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaboration and conflict resolution skills preferred.
  • Proficiency in Autocad and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Revit a plus, but not necessary.
