This high-end, boutique Retail Interiors design firm located in New York City is looking for a self-motivated RETAIL PROJECT MANAGER to join its management team. The ideal professional will enjoy working in the fast-paced retail world on innovative, luxury brands, while balancing the schedules and budgets, to create truly successful projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are searching for a Project Manager with a successful track record managing all phases of retail projects, including initial set up, design and construction administration. The professional in this role will also have responsibility for client satisfaction, quality control and financial performance. The candidate will interface with clients to negotiate contracts for projects, manage scheduling, budgeting and staffing for projects and coordinate with consultants and vendors.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has:

  •          A degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution
  •          6-12 years of professional experience with a minimum of one year in project management
  •          Excellent communications skills (Verbal, Written, and Visual)
  •          Knowledge of the bidding process, and building codes and standards
  •          Must be proficient in AutoCAD and have experience with REVIT; Microsoft Project experience preferred; experience in 3D programs such as SketchUp are a plus

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
