Croxton Collaborative Architects, a national leadership Sustainable Design firm based in NYC, is currently seeking an Intermediate Designer/Architect.

Croxton Collaborative Architects, P.C. founded in 1978, is a full-service planning, architecture an interior design firm. CCA has originated and developed much of the practice of environmental/ sustainable and human-centered architecture and design, which was cited in the recent ‘National Leadership Award’, presented to Randolph Croxton by the U.S. Green Building Council. 

We are seeking an Intermediate Level Architect with a BArch or MArch  and 2-5 years of relevant work experience to work on sustainability documentation and review, and a range of diverse projects institutional to commercial interiors. Candidates must have a strong background in sustainability/environmental science, and must be a LEED AP or LEED Green Associate. Proficiency in CAD required (Photoshop, Illustrator, Revit and 3-D a plus).

Other requirements for Candidates include:

- Ability to self-motivate in a small office environment

- Strong written communications skills

- Be well-organized and diligent
