National Convention Center Facility located in the city of San Jose, Costa Rica. The goal of this project is to provide Costa Rica with a National Convention Center (the Nations' first) aimed at attracting world class exhibitions, trade shows, and live performances. To create a venue capable of showcasing all of what Costa Rica has to offer the world. 

This project is the first of three phases providing 15,000 sq. meters overall  [161,000 sq. ft.] of which 4,000 sq. meters [43,000 sq. ft.] is exhibition space and 2,000 sq. meters [21,500 sq. ft.] to be used as plenary space for conferences and breakout meetings.  Additionally the exhibit hall is able to be configured for live performances seating 2,500 to 3,000 patrons in a variety of arrangements.
