Baron tower is my 2nd High Rise project in the Philippines.

Baron Tower is the luxury development of WeeComm Community Holdings, the trusted name in San Juan. Located at 191 Wilson Street, Baron Tower rises to 30 storeys but offers a range of only 2 to 10 units per floor. 

With a total of 167 units, or merely 10 units per floor, the Baron Tower was purposely designed to provide generous living spaces to unit owners. The project features one bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units ranging from 45 sqm to 116 sqm.
