The JK Lab office building is located in the historic center of Odessa.

The space is divided into three functional areas: a dining area, a meeting area for clients [white] and an area for architects [black].

The interior uses historic columns and wooden beams that were discovered during the renovation.

The most interesting place of the office is the dining area with an island, in the center of which is the Bora panel, and above it a golden world window [spreads sunlight to the interior]

The height of the ceilings of the office allowed to place the rest areas for employees in the second level.

The natural texture of the wall is highlighted, the parquet is restored and the stucco of the ceilings is preserved.
