I have been significantly involved in the coordination and creation of several construction document sets (see SPT & GLMV project portfolio with my responsibilities listed under each image). Highlighted here are two projects that I created the entire CD set under the oversight of one of the firm's partners.

1. Vantage Waterfront  Bldg A (core & shell), Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP (tenant)

The first part of this project was a core and shell design including the interiors public lobby spaces. The project was designed by SPT partner Greg Tice and I coordinated, drew, and detailed the project's CD set (shown below). Additionally, I participated in the extremely high end tenant build out for Stinson Morrison Hecker Law firm of which most photos and drawings remain confidential. Under Mr. Tice's leadership, I also helped coordinate the construction administration for the project. 2. Baxter & Associates Inc

I was the main designer and project manager for Baxter & Associates' small office building. I met with the client, under the supervision of partner Randy Phillips, to design a building that respected the client's love for Tuscany and provide an upscale office atmosphere. This design build project was a relatively simple but fast track project of which I created and coordinated the entire CD set and worked directly with the contractor as the CA throughout the construction process.
