James joined this Michael S. Smith-designed, Manhattan townhouse renovation project (7,200-ft2) mid-way through the construction process, assisting senior management with the following tasks into post-occupancy: 

• Preparing meeting agendas, then recording & disseminating meeting minutes
• Updating construction drawings & technical sketches
• Directing & supervising subcontractors & maintenance crew on site
• Liaising with vendors and trades to ensure timely delivery
• Enforcing build quality
• Ensuring site safety & security
• Post-occupancy coordination with Client's staff
• Creation of Operations & Maintenance manual for Client
