Lead role executing white-glove residential interior renovations averaging 2,000 ft2, which were delivered on time & on budget, with oversight from company partners and in concert with top-tier interior design firms (among them Reddymade & Virginia Tupker Interiors).

Assisted senior management in delivering a Manhattan townhouse project designed by Michael S. My final renovation project with IMI was an eco-friendly retrofit, executed in tandem with Huniford Design Studio.

Interior Management Inc., New York, NY, US, Assistant Project Manager / Estimator

Demonstrated the ability to work effectively with trades, often unsupervised, on larger renovation projects. Primary assignment was a high-profile Park Avenue apartment encompassing two floors and 9,000 ft2, executed in collaboration with architecture firm, Sawyer / Berson.

In the estimating department, assisted in preparing approximately 25 proposals over a 6-month period. Of these, four were awarded, each valued between $2.5M and $6M. On my own initiative, created an updated house book template for our project managers & clients, incorporating more of the company's branding and consistent formatting.
