Awards

Highly Commended - Interior Design Private Residence (Americas / New York), Award

Bond Street Residential Project

I was construction project manager for this eco-friendly renovation, executed with Huniford Design Studio, which incorporated the installation of electromagnetic frequency blocking throughout. The use of non-toxic materials and reclaimed wood combined with raw and exposed materials were used to create a sensibility that emulates a Northern Californian design aesthetic.

The Bond Street project and Huniford Design represented the U.S. on an international stage at the 2016 International Property Awards. The project was judged on criterion including quality of interior design, construction, and architecture. It was ultimately awarded as "Highly Commended" in the Interior Design Private Residence (Americas / New York) category, and named "one the most exceptional projects of 2016."

"The International Property Awards rank amongst the most prestigious commendations in the residential and commercial property industries. The judging panel (including Lord Caithness, Lord Best, Lord Liverpool, and members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament) consists of 70 experts focusing on design and quality, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability."
