This was a redesign of the former president's office to accomodate two next generation CEOs.  It entailed removing the existing partition and replacing it with a privacy glass partition, detailed to match existing offices. Original lighting and ceiling designs were modified. A specially designed Wet-Bar was constructed to allow the plant monitor to turn 45 degrees for easy client viewing.

Technical problems included relocating a vertical heating duct to fit into a new adjacent Lav space, and  new ceiling build-outs designed to avoid existing structural steel and sprinkler pipes.

Using a 3-D model simplified the design process. Not only were the critical points easily isolated, but various design schemes could then be studied and more easily evaluated.
